the preparation method is to add solvents acetonitrile, 2, 3-dichloropropene and sodium thiocyanate in the reaction kettle, heat and reflux for 3.5h in the presence of a catalyst, filter the insoluble matter, concentrate the filtrate, then add methylene chloride, filter the insoluble matter, concentrate the residue, heat the oil bath to 140 ℃ for 1h, and distill the product under reduced pressure.
